Budget Inn Denver Downtown

I ws helped during check in by Mary! she was insanely helpful in getting me all settled in at the hotel. i also wanted to say thank you to Christopher who helped make sure my priced checking out was smooth. i definitely recommend staying here!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Budget Inn. From the moment I arrived, the manager Angelique was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown and all the major attractions. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—definitely a five-star experience!

Agoda messed my reservation up ..something to do with a virtual card ... back and forth , very frustrating to say the least . However Melody the front desk clerk here at Budget was patient and friendly , very accommodating!! Customer service above and beyond !!! Thank you very much Melody for being an allstar!

Mary at the front desk checked me in and nailed the 10-5 rule with a laugh and a smile that made my “poor me” attitude that evening into her modo basically life’s to short so be happy. The room was fine. They upgraded what they could. The headboard and dresser were the more modern grey type ya know with the lights built into the headboard and matching nightstands. The lights had charging options the dresser had a spot for a mini fridge the back was precut for cords. This room layout was like a 1 bedroom so the bedroom had a large screen tv and the outer room had a mini fridge, matching desk with a real desk chair and a sleep sofa. The Bathroom was off that outer room. It’s individually owned I believe but I hope they can get it back to what it was in its prime. There are big ol’ towering hotels on the other corner but I’d stay here again vs those. Mary, thanks again for your assistance!

Mary was more than helpful and very courteous. I have been at very nice hotels and did not receive this type of service. She goes above and beyond. The room was clean and the scene is quiet. But just to add. Mary should be running a business. She is great

My family and I ended up stranded in Denver Colorado after a brief vacation. We went from staying at a four-star hotel to a motel. This motel. However, my only real complaint is that it seemed their pool had been closed for quite some time and we didn't have the option to swim. Otherwise the motel staff was extremely polite and accommodating not only to myself and family, but two other visitors I watched them interact with. They offer a hot breakfast and an extremely reasonable price. With a great view of downtown Denver right out of your room door.

The manager Angelique was a fantastic host stay at this motel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with fresh linens and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the property was at night

This place has the best view hands down in Denver Colorado. The view downtown is amazing. Everybody from the cleaning crew all the way up to the manager has superb customer service. Just a great place to be.
